AMD has sold off most of the past month, but it looks like to have found a bottom last week. The stock closed up $.14 yesterday. After break key level 8.10, the stock topped at 8.25 and closed at 8.21. From a technical perspective, we can see on daily chart above 3 bullish candlesticks with higher high and higher low for the past 3 days suggesting that the stock is in strong bullish momentum. The bias is on the upside, targeting 8.75 area. Immediate support is seen at 8.01 followed by 7.82.

BANR looks like it has stabilized and the oscillators MACD and Stochastic look promising. This could indicate the potential for some upside gains in the very near-term. If the stock can hold this level, BANR could easily retest its July highs of around $2.31. And then once it breaches that level, the next resistance is only at $2.50. Banner has a price to book ratio of 0.2x based on a current price of $2.17 and a book value per share of $12.64. So, keep your eyes on it !

AOB has been on a deep downtrend, falling from a high of $6.38 down to its current price of around $2.42. The technical chart indicates that stock seems to be stabilizing. The volume has been quite modest, however the stochastics are oversold which could power the rally that I think is coming. I’m a buyer of AOB once it breaks $2.49 for a possible breakout move. AOB could have good upside potential, so watch the stock closely on Thursday.

The stock broke out above their previous high in April rising to a six month high. The big picture has drastically changed now, the medium term trend remains bullish and in shorter time frames the stock has just breached the horizontal resistance line confirming a breakout. The real challenge lays ahead at 8.35/8.60 and 8.69 levels, breaking through would leave open space to a bullish rally towards $9. As long as the stock trades above $7.50 I will be looking for long opportunities.
